Our Tasting Room Experience

Tasting tables are reserved for guests 21 and up.

Stop in any day of the week between 11am and 5pm and enjoy our award-winning wines, and unique wine tasting experience. Enjoy sitting at one of our cozy tasting tables while our wine educators present a fun, unique, and delicious wine tasting experience!

A standard tasting consists of 7 fine wines perfectly paired with small gourmet food bites. Tastings are seated, and conducted by a dedicated wine server who provides a fun, educational overview of our wines over the course of 15 – 20 minutes, for a truly unique and great tasting experience.

Standard tasting of 7 wines: $15 per person for 1 – 6 guests

Standard tastings for a group of 7 or more quests requires a reservation 24 hours in advance.

Group Tastings

For groups of 7+ and/or any number of guests arriving by hired transportation, reservations are required. Please email info@fabbioliwines.com for pricing for groups of 15+. Groups are welcome to make reservations with start times between 11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. on weekends.



Stop by and enjoy our fine wines perfectly paired with small, gourmet food bites, created by local chefs and food artisans. Among these tasty bites, we offer Gluten Free and Vegetarian options.

We offer cheese and charcuterie plates as well as a la carte food items such as fresh baked baguettes, gourmet cheeses and spreads, salami, prosciutto, chocolates and other refreshments for sale for guests to enjoy with our wines.

At this time, guests are welcome to enjoy their own foods at our outdoor picnic tables only. No coolers are allowed.

The bites on our tasting plate this month represent the six regions in western Europe where Celtic languages or cultural traits have survived. The territories known as the Celtic Nations are Ireland, Wales, Scotland, Isle of Man, Cornwall, and Brittany.

For the enjoyment and safety of all our guests, only guests age 21 and up are allowed at our tasting tables. Children are welcome to enjoy our family-friendly grounds under close supervision of an adult at all times. We are a working farm winery, and the safety of all our visitors is of utmost importance. Unsupervised children will be directed back to their parents and the party may be asked to leave the premises.

Grounds and Facilities

We have many lovely outdoor seating areas throughout our grounds where customers can enjoy our wines. Please remember that Fabbioli Cellars is not a public park and therefore picnic tables and other facilities are for use by customers only.

We do allow pets on our grounds outside; however pets must be on a leash held by an adult at all times. We do not allow pets in our tasting room; please note that at this time we do not offer outdoor tastings. Pets may not be tied up and left alone outdoors. Please pick up after your pet.

Limos, Buses and Other Chartered Transportation

Reservations are required for all guests arriving by chartered transportation regardless of number of guests in the party. Please email info@fabbioliwines.com with your reservation request, including date and time of visit, number of guests, and name of transportation company.
