About Fabbioli Cellars' Something Special program
"We took our entire company to Fabbioli Cellars for an afternoon of good food, good company and great wine. The event was a wonderful team building experience for our people. Doug's knowledge of the industry and wine making process was stunning. He was able to boil down information about making and enjoying wine to a level that everyone could relate to and enjoy. Doug's passion for his craft is contagious. Please put us down for a return visit next year!" -Mike Niccolini, President Access Capital Mortgage.

Fabbioli Cellars
Doug Fabbioli, the talented winemaker and consultant winemaker to several Virginia wineries is now making his own estate bottled wine under the Fabbioli Cellars label.
Fabbioli Cellars 2004 Tre Sorélle Rating: 90
The 2004 Sorélle is a delicious medium-bodied Bordeaux blend with a predominance of Merlot. It has a red garnet color, an attractive nose of black cherry, green olive and anise, and a fruit rich mid palate of black cherries and black currants that has texture and depth with fine-grained tannins and a solid finish. This first bottling is a promising start for Fabbioli Cellars and we look forward to future wines.

Accolades
" My wife and I were fortunate enough to visit your place this past Saturday. We just wanted to let you know that this was our favorite tasting experience to date. We have visited all of the Loudoun County vineyards as well as several in other parts of the Commonwealth. Some of them have great views and beautiful buildings . I preferred your homey feel and the great wines that were offered for tasting. We enjoyed every wine that we tasted and the presentation was fantastic. It's really nice to do a tasting when the man pouring the wine is so passionate and knowledgeable. Thank you for a great experience. Now I know why Ed at One Block West  speaks so highly of your wines." -Jim Hayes, Loudoun Lumber Co, Inc.

"Interested in your Rasberry Merlot. It was introduced to me by a friend. The bottle suggested serving with chocolate. I cut a chocolate Klondik bar into 4 cubes and poured 2 ounces of the Rasberry Merlot over it and served it in a shallow cup with a spoon. It was a hit with my friends. Great stuff!" -Wolfgang Pusch

"The setting is beautiful, the owners fun and enthusiastic, and the wine is good. (Really!!!) I was surprised at how much I liked some of the Fabbioli reds and their raspberry dessert wine was wonderful. I really had never liked a Virginia red before and was skeptical as to whether it was possible to produce a good red in Virginia. (Hey, after living in California near "Sideways" country for 8 years, I've been a bit spoiled.) I did buy a few bottles from Fabbioli - they just might change my mind." - Deborah West, Senior Consultant, LogicalApps
