Below is the menu for the dinner at Stone Manor in Lovettsville on July 29th, beginning at 5pm. This is a great opportunity to taste our wines at a flagship venue for rural Loudoun County with some fabulously crafted foods. Please sign up soon to share this experience with the Fabbioli Family.

Hors-d’oeuvres
Hawaiian chicken salad in puff pastry

Salmon mousse on pumpernickel w/ cilantro
Served with fresh aperitif wine blend

Appetizer
Avocado stuffed with shrimp salad, my way. with light curry and cocktail sauce
Served with 2005 Fratelli

Salad
Assorted leaf lettuce salad with a citrus dressing and grilled lamb chop
Served with 2006 Cabernet Franc

New York strip a l’anglaise with sauce Béarnaise
Sautéed fresh vegetables
Horseradish mashed potatoes
Served with 2005 Tre Sorélle

Dessert
Chocolate mousse with vanilla rum and fruit garnish
Served with Raspberry Merlot
