Salmon mousse on pumpernickel w/ cilantro

Avocado stuffed with shrimp salad, my way. with light curry and cocktail sauce

Assorted leaf lettuce salad with a citrus dressing and grilled lamb chop
Served with 2006 Cabernet Franc

New York strip a l’anglaise with sauce Béarnaise

Chocolate mousse with vanilla rum and fruit garnish
