Dear Friends,

The grapes are done, the barrels are full and now efforts turn to bottling, sales and space management.

Bottling: The Raspberry Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon go in the bottle this week. No time needed to wait for the Raspberry, but the CS will age and be released in the spring.

Sales: Fabbioli Cellars has expanded its plan to sell at Mom's Apple Pies in Leesburg. We will be there on Saturday, November 18th thru Wednesday, November 22nd tasting and selling Fabbioli red wines and Windham whites.

We also have a store up on the website. We can ship to 32 states at this point. To those of you with Raspberry hankerings that have emailed me, I will get back in touch with you to see if you are still interested. Of course, you do not need to wait for the tired, overextended winemaker to contact you. Thanks so much for all your interest and patronage.

Space Management: As we doubled our production of wine this year, space became an issue, especially for our tasting in the winter. Last week I worked with my guys to weatherize our screen porch. So far, so good. We will have this space warm and comfortable for our December Open House and for any upcoming group tastings that you may be interested in having here. Although you may here me speak of avoiding the general tourists, you folks have made the effort to get to know us and help us on our journey. It is our duty to be sure that when you come, we are as accommodating as possible. Let's see what we can do for next year.

We all hope that you and your families enjoy this holiday season and keep the simple things in life closest to your heart. Thanks again for appreciating our efforts.

Doug, Colleen, Matt and Sammy
