Dear Friends,

It was great to see so many of you on April 23rd for our release tasting. We received tremendous feedback about our wine quality, the intimacy of the event, and interest in coming back. This was a perfect example of how we would like our tasting events to go: not too crowded, sold some wine and people truly had a great time.

June 11th from noon until 4pm will be our next tasting. We are planning on having foods from our good friends Steve and Avis Cox, owners of Mom’s Apple Pies. We will also have Tony Lapiera playing his classical guitar stylings periodically throughout the day. Let’s all hope for good weather and we will do our best to supply the rest.

Wines to be tasted:
Fabbioli Cellars 2005 Fratelli (Chambourcin blend, American Chianti)
Fabbioli Cellars 2004 Tre Sorelle (Bordeaux blend, 90 rating VA Wine Guide)
Fabbioli Cellars Raspberry Merlot (Crisp, sweet and fruity)
Old House Vineyards 2003 Chardonnay (oak aged and very popular)
Windham Winery 2004 Cabernet Franc (Gold Medal winner)

The support you all have given us in starting this venture is greatly appreciated. As you know, our tasting and retail plan is different from most wineries. We would like to keep it different. If you want to bring some friends out at a different time, just contact us to make an appointment. We would love to see you. We are starting to do more private tastings in the cellar. These are intimate, educational and quite unique.

You can also always purchase our wines at any of our retail outlets. Check the website for a shop near you.

Thank you for thinking of us!

Doug, Colleen, Matt and Sammy
